Ondrives manufactures and inspects spur and helical gears, internal gears, splines, worms, worm wheels, spiral-bevel and hypoid gears, shafts, gearbox components and other precision transmission parts. Processes include CNC turning, sliding-head machining, five-axis milling, gear hobbing, gear shaping, gear skiving, profile grinding, spiral-bevel grinding, cylindrical grinding, bore honing, wire EDM and analytical gear inspection.

Can Ondrives manufacture internal gears and splines?
Yes. Installed gear-shaping, gear-skiving and associated inspection capability supports a range of external and internal gears and splines, subject to geometry, module, tooling and production requirements.
Can Ondrives grind gears from solid?
Yes. The installed profile-grinding equipment supports grinding from solid and finish grinding of spur gears, helical gears and splines, including profile and lead modifications.
Does Ondrives manufacture spiral-bevel and hypoid gears?
Yes. Ondrives has dedicated spiral-bevel grinding, Gleason design software and analytical inspection capability operating through supported closed-loop manufacturing and correction processes.
Can Ondrives confirm whether a component fits these capacities?
Please provide a drawing or 3D model. Published capacities are indicative because final suitability depends on component geometry, workholding, material, tolerance, tooling and process planning.
